Wildlife and Wellbeing run events in and around Salisbury connecting people with nature and teaching mindfulness for the benefit of their wellbeing.

About Wildlife and Wellbeing

Wildlife and Wellbeing run a series of public events introducing people to green spaces close to where they live, helping connect individuals with local wildlife and encouraging them to spend more time in nature. This is good for mental health because it lowers stress levels and boosts positive hormones.

Opportunities include bat nights, birdsong courses, tree walks, and moth mornings as well as incorporating mindful elements, teaching mindfulness practices to further benefit mental health. Tailored groups sessions are also offered for community groups and workplace wellbeing. Events may also include homemade cake.
