Nature connection and creativity to support wellbeing in the New Forest and the Waterside.

About My Mindful Self CIC

Amy from My Mindful Self has a wealth of experience in environmental education spanning 17 years. Seven of these have been spent as Education and Youth Officer at the New Forest National Park Authority.

She has firsthand knowledge of the positive impact nature can have on wellbeing and draws on this experience to offer a range of nature-based sessions designed to share those benefits.

My Mindful Self CIC helps you reconnect with nature discovering its positive impact on your wellbeing so you can learn to slow down, become more mindful and present in the moment, and enjoy a greater sense of calm, relaxation, and inner peace.
